Sometimes love is for a moment,
sometimes love is for a lifetime,
sometimes a moment is a lifetime.
Now, moving on to penning down a few do's and don't s learnt randomly over the years.

- Find your strengths.
- Always cherish, nurture and practice your strengths. Make choices based on it.
- Don't invest too much time in improving your weaknesses, in the end, you will become average at the most. If you must, do it as much as is required to move along.
One of Google's management principle's: Feed the winner, Starve thee loser. - Earn everything. Everything! The joy and satisfaction derived out of earning is something different altogether.
- Treat winning and losing equally. Both are natural. Allow neither of them to wander anywhere near your head.
- If you lose, which eventually happens to everyone, don't ever lose the lesson. Do a mental post-mortem if you need to, either on the situation which happened or on the role you played. But find that lesson.
- Be humble. Even if it's about our parents, near n dear ones, relatives & well-wishers, don't postpone, tell them what they mean to you and acknowledge their sacrifice's(even if its a blessing/goodluck wish).
No one is perfect and we should not expect perfection from anyone but God. So do not put your anger and frustration out to throw on the faces of people who love you! - Excellence, is not an act, its a habit. Imbibe it in yourself. It should come from mind, heart and soul!
Your reach must always exceed your grasp. Observe the ones who are better, learn from them, become better! - Never back down in the face of adversity, it shows up as a surprise without warning. Remember, the hardest steel had to endure the fiercest of fires to reach its destiny. If we persevere long enough, things will come into perspective.
- Be open to change without compromising on your core values. There's a saying in Marathi:
ऐकावे जनाचे, पण करावे मनाचे| It means, listen to the world with an open mind and heart, but do what 'you' really feel like(after weighing in all the options and narrowing on the best one acceptable to your heart and soul). - Keep the faith. Always. There will always be the ones, even from the closest of all people who with all good intention wish to tackle, so you shatter and lose the faith. Be strong. Keep the faith.
